A prayer of gratitude
Let us pray.
Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior -
Thank you for the blessings You have bestowed on our lives. You have provided us with more than we could ever have imagined, even if we can not and do not realize it. You have surrounded us with people who always look out for us. You have given us families and friends who bless us every day with kind words and actions. They lift us up in ways that keep our eyes focused on You and make our spirits soar closer to You.
Also, thank you, Lord, for keeping your sons safe. You protect us from those things that seem to haunt others. You help us make better choices, and You have provide us with advisers that help us with the difficult decisions in our lives. You speak to us in so many ways so that we always know so long as we listen for Your voice that You are here.
And Lord, we are so grateful for Your blessings and keeping those around each of us safe and loved. We hope that You provide each of you sons praying with the ability and sense to show everyone everyday how much they matter. We pray that you give your men the ability to give to everyone the same kindness You have provided to us. We Your men of the morning prayer line are just so grateful for all of Your blessings in our lives, Lord. We collectively pray that You remind us of just how lucky we are, and that You never allow us to forget to show our gratitude in prayer and returned kind acts. Thank you, Lord. In your most holy name we pray, Amen! Amen! Amen!
Scripture -
Romans 5:2-5 Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.
